Samsung has launched their latest Galaxy Tab Active 2 rugged tablet in India for Rs. 50990. This tablet is for business segment and it is certifies MIL-STD-810 certified for external pressure and gives a 1.2m anti-shock inbox protective cover.Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 Rugged Tablet will get a IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.
There is 8 inch 1280 x 800-pixel WXGA TFT screen provided and 1.8GHz Samsung Exynos 7870 processor with 3GB RAM and Samsung's own Mali T830 GPU. The device storage is only 16GB which can be extended up to 256GB with microSD card slot.It is launched with Android 7.1 Nougat and will get further updates as per user needs.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 gets amazing display touch mode to use the tablet with wet hands. Samsung also provides defense grade Knox security platform which will keep sensitive information safe from hackers. The tablet has fingerprint scanner with Face Unlock.
The tablet has 8MP rear camera with LED flash with 5MP camera on front. There is big battery of 44,50mAh and will be available in Wi-Fi and 4G versions. The Tab will come in Black color variant and will be available from mid-march in India
