Whatsapp is an Facebook-owned messaging app and has been noticed on the working on a dark mode in its new beta version 2.19.82. The social networking giant Facebook has launched a new feature of dark mode in its messaging app named Messenger and the social networking giant has been rolling out this much anticipated feature named Dark Mode to a famous messaging service in WhatsApp.

The Facebook owned famous messaging service named WhatsApp has started rolling out new update to Whatsapp having a feature of dark mode and it can be downloaded through Google Play Store and by doing beta registeration. The new update of Dark Mode and its screenshots can be seen in WhatsApp Beta Update 2.19.82 having version number. The latest images of Whatsapp has brought the new dark mode and it can be activated in primary settings tab in Whatsapp app and this new feature dark mode for chats has not been revealed till now.

The much anticipated feature named dark mode on Whatsapp will decrease full screen utilization specially in the premium AMOLED and OLED displays and it will reduce the consumption of battery on the screens like OLED and AMOLED panels in smartphones. Many apps in Google apps including famous apps like Twitter and Reddit and WhatsApp and other apps like Telegram and Messenger app has already this dark mode feature and will be rolled out soon in stable update.
