From the month of January the tech giant and smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has recently announced their new entry range smartphone Redmi Go smartphone for Europen markets at a price tag of EUR 80.This new Redmi Go smartphone is the xiaomi's first entry level smartphone that is launched under the platform of Android Go.The tech giant and smartphone manufacturer xiaomi has offcially announced their new entry level smartphone Redmi Go smartphone for the Indian entry level segment and they have also announced thier new Mi Pay payment service that is based on UPI. The new entry level smartphone Redmi Go is available at a price tag of Rs. 4499 and its sale will be commencing from 22 March through online through Flipkart and Mi online store and their own store Mi Home.
The tech giant and smartphone manufacturer Samsung has recently launched their new smartphone that is Samsung Galaxy J2 Core that is also a Android Go smartphone having Samsung's own UI based on top and xiaomi has also decided to run thier smartphones on the fast stock Android for their new Android Go smartphone.These smartphones are available at a very low price but it has a polycarbonate body which is not strong. There are multiple Android Go smartphones having aspect ratio of 18:9 screen but the new Redmi Go has a traditional display having aspect ratio of 16:9 display. It will be featuring a 5-inch IPS screen having HD resolution.
The new entry level smartphone Redmi Go will be powered by quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor based on 14nm design and it is 3 years old and it also has a graphics unit of Adreno 308 GPU. Just like the other entry level smartphones Android Go smartphones and the Redmi Go smartphone is launched coupled with a small 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. The Redmi Go smartphone also has a dedicated MicroSD card slot that will help to expnad the storage up to 128GB.The lite Go version apps will be available in very low sizes but they will also have some features missing in Redmi Go smartphones.
The entry level smartphone Redmi Go will be running on Android Oreo that will be based on Go Edition that is almost 2 years old. The tech giant and smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi is also expected that it will be also rolling out the Android upgrade to Android 9 Pie based on Go Editon update in the Redmi Go smartphones. For the cameras part the entry level smartphone Redmi Go will be featuring a single camera of 8MP on the back having a large aperture of f/2.0 aperture and secondary camera of 5MP that will be used for taking selfies having the aperture of f/2.2. The Redmi Go will be kept alive by a small battery of 3000mAh and it can be charged through a 5W power adapter that will be available in the box.
The entry level smartphone Redmi Go has both volume rocker button and power button will be implemented on the right edge of the smartphone.
